Ed Banger ASTN TX, Awesometown LA, Aoki/Chromeo NYC,

It's Paris day here, gotta lead off with the Ed Banger party in Austin, Texas. Scion and Vice have brought a few of the electro label's talent to the Texan capital for what should be a sick party. For the record, Mr. Oizo is not going to be there, he has been replaced by Kavinsky, who joins with DJ Mehdi and Ocelot in the DJ department. RSVP at the scion site ASAP, as it's mandatory to get in. Once you are on the list, you will want to get to Antone's (213 W. 5th St.) sooner rather than later, as space is limited and you're gonna wanna get in line early to make sure you get in. Once inside, Ms. Shadowscene will take your picture (possibly) and the Parisian dudes will melt your face. 18+, RSVP right now if you ignored my first warning.

-She may be in LA, but Shadowscene hasn't forgotten about her hometown as she and Anne Lee are presenting Awesometown tonight at The Short Stop (1455 Sunset Blvd) in Echo Park. This one looks delectable, as James Fucking Friedman is the special guest from NYC. Feel like dude doesn't get anywhere near the attention he deserves, Throne of Blood mogul, Go Commando mix-maker, Club 205 resident, etc etc. LA, do not sleep on this one, He is joined by NO MSG and Anne Lee, 21+, 10-2, $3 Dewars all night long.

-One of LA's finest, Steve Aoki, is back in NYC to help celebrate the 21st birthday of designer Kesh at Room Service (35 E. 21st St.) along with Dave-1 of Chromeo. I mean, seriously, that's a pretty sick bill right there. Hosted by Roxy Cottontial and Damon, it's expected and possibly required that you wear the color purple. I happen to look fabulous in that color (shout out to the color plum), as does Cam'ron. I'm quite confident that my beautiful readers will be just as breathtaking. RSVP at keshmoneymoney@gmail.com for a special list, 21+, do it.

-If you are staying downtown tonight, it's Wednesday and therefore it's High Voltage time. DJ Dimitry!!! and host Jason Hates You are joined by guest DJ Daryl Palumbo of Head Automatica and guest host Nicky of Nickydigital.com for this week's edition of one of the city's best weeklies. I mean, you know the deal, open Zygo bar from 11 until its gone, 21+, 10-4am, people dancing and being young and exuberant. Oh wait, don't forget that the party has moved to The Annex (152 Orchard St.), down the street from its old home at 200 Orchard. RSVP at the going.com site and let them know that you're coming.
