I just wanted to take a minute to thank the people who made it possible for me to see both LCD Soundsystem concerts at the Bowery Ballroom Friday and Saturday for free. CW and D made my year with their kindness and generosity. I cannot thank them enough and they will always have VIP status at Pound for Pound, they just need to say the word and the. Thanks to everyone else who came through with offers of tickets, as it really was overwhelming and wonderful. I'll have a review up in the next few days, but they both exceeded my expectations.
It has only made me love all of you even more, cementing this relationship forever. Let's never ever break up. Okay? Let's meet here every day and hold hands and talk about electro music and boobs and politics and art and sneakers and parties and life and love and the future. Let's stare in each other's eyes when there's nothing left to say. Let's make love and listen to Death From Above. Let's stay together forever.
Oh and since this LCD ticket request was such a success, stay tuned for future begging that will be devoted to finding me a girlfriend, a pair of Kid Robot or Tier 0 Air Max 1s and a date with Scarlett Johansson. Just a heads up, give everyone a chance to make that happen for your bol. Yeah! Thanks again to CW and D, I'm forever in debt. I love all of you, let's talk soon.
