Here's the second and final installment of our look at the classic electro song, "Planet Rock." I'm not going to go on and on about this one, as you should already know I consider one of the foundations of this entire blog, at the root of two essential genres, electro and hip-hop.

The really interesting thing to consider (or remember) is that the instrumental for the original version, which should still be available here, is basically taken from Kraftwerk's "Trans-Europe Express."
